What are the Figure Setup Tools?

The DAZ Studio Figure Setup Tools are made up of the seven components listed in the table above. With these seven components combined, collectively referred to as “Figure Setup Tools” for the process of creating content, that process is greatly simplified by doing the following:

Providing the ability to visually create node hierarchies (skeletons) and bind joint modifiers to polygon meshes.
Providing comprehensive visual manipulation of Poser type joint modifiers.
Providing a highly configurable means of mass loading morph modifiers from complete geometries.
Providing a visual means for creation, deletion, [attribute] editing, ordering, and linking of properties.
Providing the ability to generate Poser Character files (.cr2); with ExP support.
Providing a visual means for the creation of ExP (Extensible Parameter) product files.
Providing the ability to generate Poser Pose (.pz2), Face (.fc2) and Hand (.hd2) files; with animation support
